How to Arrange a Ceremony

Simple steps to follow when arranging your Wedding Ceremony

To book Reverend Roach as your Officiant:
1. Click "Reserve A Date" to the right
2. Fill out short form with your desired Wedding date
3. Click Submit
4. It's that simple!!

Here are the details of what will happen in planning your Ceremony:

1. Two bookings are most important: Your Officiant and your venue. All other bookings will become somewhat secondary. To make sure they are both available on your desired Ceremony date, try to do the booking of your Officiant (Registered Minister) and your venue (place of ceremony) at the same time or as close as possible to each other. Some Brides will book their venue and then months later will try to find an Officiant to fit the venue booking and often that just doesn’t work and leads to frustration. Since there are very few Officiants available to do ceremonies their schedule fills up very quickly for the year so be sure to book your Officiant early.

2. To book your Officiant from Chapel Wedding Services, go to: www.chapel.ws

3. Review the packages available on our web site.

4. Click Reserve-A-Date in the box at the right on the Home page.

5. Fill out the short information form.

6. Click submit.

7. Within a short while you will receive a Confirmation Letter from Chapel Wedding Services stating whether the date you have requested is available or not. At the same time, we will also make the first telephone call to you to speak with you in person and to answer any questions you may have and to set up an appointment to meet Pastor Roach if you wish.

8. Along with the Confirmation Letter there will be an email with two attachments;
A. The first attachment will be the DEC-50 Information Form with all the legal information needed for your Marriage Registration. It must be fully completed. All information will be held as confidential and will never be shared with any other agency or person. The information you provide is strictly for the purpose of filling out the Legal Marriage Forms for the Government of Quebec.
B. The second attachment will be the Ceremony Selections. This is simply a compilation of Ceremony Script that you can pick and choose from for your Ceremony. You are able to tailor your Ceremony exactly as you wish. You can also add other script or even your own personal vows which creates a Ceremony that is unique to you as a couple. So many couples are finding this to be one of the best things provided by Chapel Wedding Services. By creating your own Personal Ceremony, you are eliminating the stress of wondering what the Officiant is going to say during your ceremony. At Chapel Wedding Services, we go strictly by your selections……NO SURPRISES!! We do not adlib jokes or comments that could make you or your guests feel uneasy or uncomfortable. From your selections we will make two Ceremony Booklets for you to keep after the Ceremony as a memento of your Wedding.

9. A $100. deposit will be required after you receive your Confirmation Letter. Instructions on how to do this will be covered in the Confirmation Letter that you receive from Chapel Wedding Services.
The deposit does two things;
A. It shows your seriousness and integrity.
B. It secures the date you reserved rock solid. We will not book anything else in the timeslot you have reserved.

10. We endeavor to communicate diligently by way of email from the time you ‘Reserve A Date’ right up until the day of your Wedding. We will answer any questions you may have regarding your most special day.
